What’s the one thing that entrepreneurs struggle with most?
Getting. Shit. Done.
It’s just a fact of life. Entrepreneurs are awesome, creative people. We have zillions of ideas. Lots of them are game-changing ideas.
But guess what?
In order for those earth-shattering ideas in your head to change the world, you have to get them out of your head and into the world. In other words, you need to get that shit done! We need it. We need you, your ideas and all your awesomeness… like NOW please!!
Confession: I have the same problem. I’m a creative entrepreneur just like you. I have way more ideas than there are hours in a day (lifetime??) to finish them. I have thousands of Evernotes with so many great blog posts, ebooks, worksheets and programs that aren’t helping anyone because I’m the only one who’s ever seen them. So I have things to work on, too. (I never claimed to be perfect.)
What Can You Do?
Some of the best ways to make sure you get something done are to:
• schedule time in your calendar to work on it
• make sure it’s focused work time without distractions
• have someone (or a few someones) hold you accountable for getting it done
I’d like to invite you to join me for an “Implementation Day” on Thursday, May 5, 2016 so you can get your most pressing, important work done.
An Implementation Day is a day of taking action. We combine all the things I listed above to help you get your sh*t done.
Here’s a quick rundown of how it works:
After you sign up, you’ll get an email with a link to a 3-page PDF that will give you all the details you need, help for you to plan for the day, and some tips so you’ll feel confidently ready to accomplish what you set out to do on Thursday.
The day runs from 10am – 6pm Eastern Time. We’ll start with a group Skype call at 10am, have regular check-ins every 2 hours, and end with a final check-in (and celebration!) at 6pm.
This is a virtual co-working day, so in between check-ins, you’ll be working on your own on the project or tasks you’ve planned for the the 4 work sessions.
During check-ins, you’ll share your progress and you can get support and ask questions if you need help with your work.
What Can You Use This For?
You can choose ANY project or task you want to complete. The day will be divided into 4 work sessions, so you can choose one project and divide it up, or choose a few things that you need to do.
Here are just a handful of ideas of the types of things you can use this to accomplish:
• work on your website
• finish your lead magnet
• write blog posts, newsletters, an email sequence, ebook or anything requiring focused writing time
• plan your next program
• compile a tutorial for your team members or to sell to your customers
• plan your editorial calendar and/or social media calendar for next month… or the rest of the year
• learn and set up Evernote or some other tool/app that will help you be more efficient
• plan and put in place a specific system for your business
• develop a new product idea

It’s only $10 to participate. For the whole day!
Yup, that’s right. For less than the hourly cost of a co-working desk in an ever-changing, pot luck environment… or about the price of the coffee and muffin you’ll grab at that oh-so-full-of-distractions coffee shop (where you most likely will not get your project done), you can join a group of like-minded entrepreneurs ready to do focused work… and to support you so you DO get your project done!
You get 8 hours of:
• focused work time (provided you do the easy preparation I recommend in the handout)

In order to make sure you get the support you need and to keep things manageable, I’m limiting the group to ONLY 10 people.
